ABOUT VILLA EPIDAURUM

This 6-bedroom stone villa has been completely renovated with the finest materials and is decorated in an elegantly rustic style, beautiful gardens, two furnished terraces a traditional stone BBQ, private entrance and parking spaces.

The ground floor consists of a bedroom with double bed, single bed, ensuite bathroom with bath tub/handheld shower, ceiling fan, and air conditioning, and an open plan living room and full eat-in kitchen. The living room and kitchen open onto a large terrace with panoramic sea view.

The first floor of the villa features 4 bedrooms, each equipped with double bed, modern ensuite bathroom with shower, wardrobe, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Two of these bedrooms have balconies with sea views.
The six bedroom is in a self-contained one-bedroom suite. The suite comprises a double bedroom, bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining area incorporating a double sofa bed, and which has patio doors opening onto a terrace with sea view, and a small lawned garden.

The highlight of the villa is heated swimming pool and relaxing lounge area with sun beds surrounded by an assortment of citrus trees and fragrant flowers that offer privacy and seclusion.

Located at the edge of Cavtat historic Old Town. Only 5-minute walk down a staircase leads to the center of town where guests will find a wide selection of restaurants, café bars, markets, a post office, a bus stop, banks, beaches, and taxi boats to Old Town of Dubrovnik—all packaged neatly within a picturesque waterfront promenade.
