Villa Sarah is an over 400 year old stone built Croatian villa with heated pool, located in an elevated position in a quiet area of the old Lopud close to the Monastery and The Rectors palace.

ABOUT VILLA SARAH

This sympathetically renovated, fully air conditioned villa is ideally suited for 12 to 14 people. There are 6 en-suit bedrooms located over 3 floors, two on the ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the top floor. There is one living area/ loung on the top floor and one on the first floor and both also have a fully equipped kitchen area.

On the ground level opening on to the pool and patio there is a fully fitted summer kitchen with open plan kitchen, sitting and eating areas and two toilets. The summer kitchen has beautiful panoramic views.

There is a dual aspect, shaded patio on the top floor and the pool terrace on the ground floor is equipped with sun loungers, barbecue area and outside eating area under a shaded pergola. Of the two bedrooms on the ground floor one is a studio which would be ideally suited for elderly parents who would like to be self sufficient.

Around the pool there is plenty of sunbathing space, sun beds and parasols. The heated pool has a hydrotherapy massage and spa jets for your spa treatment after a brisk walk or a yoga session.Also opening on to the pool patio is the Spa room with sauna, power shower and a separate toilet. Enjoy a sauna and a power shower afterwards and then relax over a glass of wine while watching the sun set over Sipan island opposite.

One of the two sandy beaches is only 3 minutes down from the villa near the harbour and the shops and restaurants.

THE SURROUNDINGS

Villa Sarah is located on island of Lopud near Dubrovnik. The villa is close to sand beaches, Mediterranean vegetation, pretty seaside cottages and good restaurants. In addition it is a very tranquil place, providing a stress free holiday for families, couples and groups of adults who can reach Dubrovnik by ferry or speed boat.

Lopud Island

Lopud Island is the smallest of the Elphitie Islands with a rich history and an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is easily accessible from Dubrovnik by a public boat service that connects the islands to Dubriovnik, or by private boat transfer.The main attraction of Lopud is that no cars are allowed so there is no traffic and pollution so children can play in relative safety. Of course the water is crystal clear and very safe with no waves or currents, especially at Sunja beach where it is shallow for several meters providing a safe play area for children.There are many well maintained, cycling, walking and trekking paths on the island offering the guests an ideal location for a walking holiday and activity holidays.
