One bedroom with one double and one single bed and a bathroom, one self-contained one bedroom apartment with double bed, a sitting area and a jacuzzi bathroom. Gym/games room also on the ground floor.
First floor
Large open plan kitchen/sitting room with access to own covered terrace. 10-12 persons can sit in the sitting room with additional seating for 10 people on the terrace.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen.The dining table can sit 10 people, and for larger groups another table can be fitted in the kitchen/dining area. A second, outside covered terrace offers seating for 20 people. There is an outside stone-built barbecue.
Two double bedrooms and bathrooms lead off the hallway. These are the only bedrooms without air-conditioning, but if their doors are opened, they benefit from the sitting room air-conditioning. A marble staircase leads from this floor to the second and third floor bedrooms.
Second floor
One en-suite double bedroom, one en-suite bedroom with twin beds and one double en-suite bedroom, all air conditioned. A balcony with sea views can be accessed from two of the bedrooms.
Third floor
One en-suite double bedroom with a double sofa bed and a mini kitchen, and one en-suite twin bedroom and bathroom, all air-conditioned.
OUTSIDE
There is a separate summer kitchen with a shower/WC by the pool.
The main part of the garden is laid out as a stone-paved sunbathing area around the swimming pool, with pot plants, olive trees and sun loungers provided with bath towels. There is parking for up to five cars in the villa grounds.
THE SURROUNDINGS
The location is wonderful - Zaton is a picturesque and charming little village in a bay, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea.
The villa is also only 15 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik.
