This contemporary five bedroom villa with a private heated pool is located in the beautiful Zaton Bay, just 8km (5 miles) north from the historical city of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Positioned at an elevation, the villa offers breathtaking coastal views from all three floors and brings comfort, light and space to families or groups wanting a modern and elegant holiday villa.

The bright and spacious living and dining room has a large panoramic door leading to a beautiful sundeck and terrace with views of the bay and turquoise sea. 
You can choose to dip into the swimming pool, laze in the inviting jacuzzi or simply bask in the sunshine. 

The bedrooms are decorated and furnished with simple elegance and splashes of contemporary colours to give a clean yet vibrant feel.
All five bedrooms have ensuite facilities, making this a fantastic house for a group of friends as well as families.

The well equipped open plan kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals or to hire a private chef for a special evening.
Those with more energy can make great use of the gym room and a sauna.

THE SURROUNDINGS

Zaton Bay has a lovely choice of restaurants within walking distance, serving authentic cuisine and local wines. There are little coves and swimming spots dotted around Zaton, backed by shady pinewood, plus some longer beaches within a short walk or drive.

The Villa Art is only 10 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik, with numerous popular sights and beautiful nearby islands.

VILLA POLICIES

• Minimum stay is one week

• Changeover day is Saturday or Sunday

• Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 10am

• Refundable €600 deposit is required
