ABOUT VILLA ALLEGRA
The spacious interiors are tastefully furnished while the excellent location is definitely an added value. The villa is nestled in very heart of the city yet far enough from the noise and
crowds.
With its 100 square meters (1100 sq. ft.) of modern interior, this holiday home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room which can
comfortably accommodate up to seven guests.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with WiFi Internet and secured private parking.
The pool terrace in front of the villa offers stunning views of entire eastern side of the city with Dubrovnik Old Town and Lokrum
island as a central attraction.
The inviting swimming pool features against-the-current
swimming equipment (swim jet) and a jacuzzi area.
THE SURROUNDINGS
The house Allegra is 15 minutes from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik.
Guests can walk around the city’s medieval walls dating back to the 13th century, discover the baroque churches and dine well in one of the many upmarket restaurants specialising in local seafood. The cable car up to the top of Mount Srdj offers stunning views of the city, sea and islands and keen hikers can walk back down!

• Changeover day is Saturday
• Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 10am
• Refundable €400 security deposit is required on arrival
