ABOUT VILLA ATTIS
This stunning contemporary villa, a few miles up the coast from Dubrovnik, offers a totally luxurious escape. The luxury Villa Attis has 6 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The villa also comes with a self-contained studio apartment for two, which can be hired at an additional cost, taking the total number of 14 guests.
In the front row to the sea, face to face with the horizon, at Villa Attis you can truly leave everything behind you and enjoy each day afresh.
Villa Attis is three stories of superlative luxury, with over 1000 square meters of cool, contemporary space. You will find an enormous living area with a glass wall to let in the panoramic views of the Adriatic. The decor is stylish yet comfortable, with a huge TV, big sofas and a double height ceiling to keep things cool during the hot summers.
There is a high-spec kitchen complete with top of the range appliances including a double oven and espresso maker, and a smooth marble kitchen island and breakfast bar.
Upstairs are six bedrooms, all with enormous king-sized beds and flat screen TVs. However you may prefer to spend your time drinking in the spectacular views to be had from the terraces outside the bedrooms. Each bedroom comes with its own deluxe en-suite, clad in cool, clean marble and including a walk-in shower and free-standing bath tub.
The villa includes its own Finnish sauna, with shower area. Clad in wood but with a glass wall which overlooks the ocean, there is no better place to work up a sweat.
Outside, the villa is all about the infinity pool and the ocean views. The loungers on the wide, sun-trap terrace overlook the Adriatic and Kolocep island. The infinity pool seems to pour down into the sea. There is an incredible outdoors dining area, built out over the cliffs, a magical spot for dinner as the sun sets. Steps lead down from the terrace to the shore and a platform beside the water for swimming, sunbathing, or perhaps taking out your boat.
THE SURROUNDINGS
Villa Attis is located in Dubrovnik northern suburb, Zaton, which offers a relaxed environment for enjoying the Dalmatian Coast. In a wonderful coastal location, this luxurious villa benefits from direct sea acces, and also a boating berth.
The historic city of Dubrovnik can be reached in under 15 minutes by car, while several local taverns and a small pebble beach are steps away.
