ABOUT HOUSE THOOSA
Situated at an elevation, the villa features breathtaking coastal views from both floors and offers ultimate comfort.
Everything you need is walking distance from the villa; bars and restaurants are on the seashore in Zaton harbour as well as local shops and bakeries.
Villa Thoosa is spread across two floors, modernly and tastefully furnished. The villa interior is airy with a lot of sunlight, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Ground floor features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, modern refrigerator/freezer, tea and coffee maker. Right by the kitchen there is a dining room with direct sea view.
The living room with angle sofa and Satellite LCD TV is connected to it. The whole area leads to the nicely furnished terrace with sunbeds.
Indoor stairs lead up to the first floor with two ensuite bedrooms. Master bedroom features a double bed, ensuite bathroom with toilet, as well as a balcony with sea view. The other bedroom offers two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet. The suite is air conditioned with WiFi internet access.
In front of the villa there is an grand open terrace with outdoor furniture, a dining table and chairs perfect for dining al fresco and soaking up the views. The guests can relax and unwind on the sunbeds with parasols by the hot tub in complete privacy.

The Thoosa house is only 10 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik, convenient for visiting its popular sights, exploring the Old Town or hopping over on one of the nearby islands.The sea and beaches are only few minutes walking distance from Villa Thoosa.
The resort Dubrovnik Summer Gardens is five minutes drive and offers bars and restaurants, various sport facilities, playgrounds for kids and an extensive spa and wellness center.
