With a lofty vantage point overlooking the captivating Adriatic sea, the villa offers an inspiring venue for special occasions or serene relaxation with loved ones.

It is located in Štikovica bay, 8 km from the center of Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful Mediterranean towns. A short drive to Stradun, either by car or by boat, is what makes this impressive villa your ideal vacation destination.

The house comprises four ensuite bedrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room and a beautiful terrace with a spectacular sea view and a lovely infinity swimming pool. Each bedroom features an open view of the sea and has SAT TV. Three bedrooms have a king-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom offers twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the spacious dining room, and comfortable living area with large glass doors allowing sunlight in throughout the day, while the lovely combination of light colors of the furniture and wooden ceiling provide a cozy feel of home away from home.

The outside space is extensive, with the most impressive feature being the private swimming pool. You can enjoy unspoilt views of the bay from here, as well as from one of the many sun loungers dotted around the villa’s terrace.
