Villa Aether is a modern and elegant five bedroom villa with a swimming pool. It is situated near the city of Dubrovnik, in a lovely place called Mlini.
ABOUT VILLA AETHER
The villa is located 600 meters (1/3 mile) from the sea and surrounded by natural greenery and Mediterranean vegetation. In its 250 m2 (2700 sq. ft.) of living space, Villa Aether provides comfortable and luxurious accommodation for 10 guests.
Five bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (and two comfortable single beds available for additional guests), five spacious en-suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower, and one separate toilet.
Alongside one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the sun-soaked ground floor further features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a uniquely decorated lounge.
The cosy living area features glossy marble floors, beautiful house plants and an elegant glass fireplace.
The fully enclosed 2000 m2 (22000 sq. ft.) large courtyard of the villa features an imposing overflow swimming pool of 68 m2 (730 sq. ft.), ideal for a refreshing swim at any time of day. Guests can enjoy the lazy afternoon hours on the sun loungers by the pool or put their barbecue skills to the test on the outdoor gas grill.
For those looking for recreation, there is also a private badminton court along with the necessary equipment. The court can also be used for volleyball. Four private parking spaces are available.
THE SURROUNDINGS
The scenic village of Mlini is named after the numerous mills built on the enchantingly beautiful streams that flow through it. Mlini is located 9km (6 miles) south of Dubrovnik, embraced by the sea and sheltered by mountains. Cultural and historical heritage, promenades, restaurants and bars, clean beaches and an array of day trip options to the nearby islands are what Mlini has to offer.
