Villa Revelin - Dubrovnik

With one of the most beautiful views in Croatia, Villa Revelin with private pool is situated at the eastern entrance to Dubrovnik Old Town. Originally built in the 18th century, its modern decor combined with traditional designs will surely satisfy every taste. 


ABOUT VILLA REVELIN

The villa opens to an outdoor area of over 700m2 with garden terraces furnished with sun loungers, as well as a swimming pool with waterfall effect, and a large courtyard.

There is also a small terrace on a higher level from where the sea and sunset views can be enjoyed. At the end of the front courtyard is a small annex, with a gym, hot tub, sauna and a bathroom.
Right next to the annex, and a few stairs up, is a very pretty dining terrace, overlooking the fortress, the eastern tip of Lokrum and the Adriatic sea.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. The living room is tastefully decorated in neutral colours, with exposed wooden ceiling beams and stone walls.
On the other side of the living room, up a few stairs, there is a charming kitchen with island worktop, and exit to the balcony with magnificent view of the sea. The dining area has a table seating 8.
Two of the four bedrooms, one of them master, are on this floor. Two more bedrooms, with attractive slanted ceilings, are located on the upper floor. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, LCD TV and sophisticated decor.

Whether you want to stroll through City Walls of Dubrovnik, sunbathe on the nearby beach of Banje, enjoy gastronomic delicacies in the famous Dubrovnik restaurants or get to know the rich history of the city of Dubrovnik, Luxury Villa Revelin is the perfect starting place. Villa is located only a 5-minute walk from Stradun, the center of the Old Town.
