ABOUT VILLA PEARL

The chic and modern design creates an exciting contrast to the picturesque, Mediterranean surroundings and the expansive landscaped gardens with lush green lawns.

The newly built villa is 340 m² in size and it is located on a property of 1500 m² with five parking spaces.

Three bedrooms are on the first floor and the fourth bedroom on the ground floor. Guests also have at disposal 4 E-bikes and 4 scooters which are included in the rent price. 

The surrounding of the villa is very lovely as well, offering a relaxing atmosphere with the fast-flowing rivers which are perfect for kayaking, rafting and canoeing; the mountains, suitable for hiking, cycling, rock-climbing and walking.

THE SURROUNDINGS

The house offers the opportunity to rest in an idyllic and peaceful setting, yet only 40 minutes drive away from the historic city of Split, which, apart from sightseeing such as the Roman Emperor Diocletian Palace and swimming on numerous beaches, offers other opportunities for active holidays, rich cultural and nightlife to the possibility of excursions to Dalmatian islands.
In the vicinity of 2.5 km you can enjoy the canyon of natural beauty and waterfalls of the Cetina, horseback riding, hiking and paragliding.
