Villa Le Vigneret is a spectacular waterfront property ingeniously designed directly on the water edge. Built as a family home, a reflection of modern family attitudes, it has large and incredibly light and airy rooms opening on to extensive terraces, partly shaded, comfortably furnished and very well equipped for outdoor living.
The two master suits can be found off the main entrance hall. Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area allowing guests to take breakfast or just to escape to their own private domain.
The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become open plan, creating an alfresco living environment. There is an option of dining inside or outside. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can be found on this level.
Two further en suit bedrooms with patio doors leading out on to the main terrace giving panoramic sea views. A self contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym can also be found on this level.
The unique and breath-taking pool area awaits you when you walk upstairs from the private boat mooring and deck of the villa. The outdoor infinity pool with a gorgeous view of the entire bay will give you the feeling that heaven is a place on earth. The entire pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and sitting furniture.
The villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbour. A boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.

Sumartin is located in the south-eastern part of the island of Brac . Additionally, it offers a wide selection of excellent restaurants, which are renowned for their high quality local and international cuisine. The numerous stunning beaches and coves nearby, such as Puntinak and Ruzmarin will allow you to spend your perfect vacation in a heavenly, peaceful surrounding.
