The villa is situated in Kaštel Lukšić, between cities of Split and Trogir. Both city centers are protected by UNESCO as the World Heritage Sites. 

The villa comprises kitchen, dining / living room area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, separate WC, gym, sauna and tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2 big and it spreads over three floors. It’s big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms. 

Bedrooms are as follows: on the first floor are double bedroom, twin bedroom, and twin bedroom with two additional beds (beds size 80 x 200 cm). On the ground floor is double bed, and the last two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (double bedroom and triple bedroom with double and single bed). 

The villa has a large swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. You will also find activities in the open space, such as table tennis, a children slide, small wooden houses, swings and a trampoline, which is located in a green oasis in the immediate vicinity of the pool. The yard of this beautiful villa is enriched with garden furniture, deck chairs and sun umbrellas, which complement this place for the perfect vacation.
In addition, this area is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue where you have the opportunity to prepare meals in a special atmosphere.

Villa is located in the small seaside town of Kaštel Lukšić, in the vicinity of Split ( 15 km). Lukšić have number of great restaurants, caffe bars, tavernas and promenades by the sea.They are mainly built in authentic ambient,antique style and they offer quality food,specially fish and seafood.
