Villa Carmen is a luxurious four-star villa located in the small village of Prižba on the beautiful island of Korčula. It offers stunning sea views and direct access to the beach. With four ensuite bedrooms this villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
ABOUT VILLA CARMEN
This modern four bedroom villa is situated right on the beach front. Guests can enjoy a sauna and heated outdoor pool as well as outdoor dining facilities.
The tasteful and contemporary kitchen as well as the dining area are located on the ground floor and are connected with the terrace and the barbecue area. One bathroom with bathtub is also located on the ground floor.
The four ensuite bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a double bed and a stunning sea view. The villa has a treadmill, a modern sauna and six A/C units, one in each bedroom as well as two in the living area.
The outdoor patio, next to the barbecue, is perfect for al fresco dinners. The striking outdoor pool is heated and measures 4 x 8 meters (12 x 24 ft). The pool is surrounded by decking with 8 sunbeds, one for each guest.
You can completely forget all the worries you brought on holiday while using the sauna located within this villa. For the entertainment of the youngest, there is also a trampoline, and for the more active guests, there is also a treadmill and a SUP board.
There is also private parking for up to four vehicles on the property grounds.
THE SURROUNDINGS
The house is located in Prižba on the island of Korčula. Prižba is a peaceful little village on the southern side of the island and it’s reachable by ferry from Split or Orebic. What distinguishes this villa from others is the fact that you can access the beach as soon as you step out of the villa. The village has a few restaurants and cafe bars, a post office and a small market.
