ABOUT VILLA OLIVIA

The villa is located in Zaton Veliki, small and quiet place, only 8 km from the center of Dubrovnik. It is fully surrounded by nature and centuries old olive groves so it provides full privacy and intimacy necessary for a perfect holiday.

The direct view of the Adriatic sea creates an oasis of peace and pleasant atmosphere for a perfect family or friendly holiday. In addition to the spaciousness and comfort of the house, guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with sea views and a fireplace along with plenty of Al-fresco dining and lounge areas where you can enjoy a barbecue and socializing in the summer evenings.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and dining room with a direct access to a large terrace with al-fresco dining area. The terrace is connected by stairs with a beautiful large garden and private swimming pool which is surrounded by lounge chairs, sun beds and an outdoor shower.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are with double beds and one with two single beds. Also, there are two bathrooms and a living room, dining room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the landscape, Elafiti islands and crystal Adriatic sea.

The villa has private parking for four cars, and the entire property is fenced and has a separate entrance which protects the privacy and security of all guests.

THE SURROUNDINGS

The house is only 15 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik, convenient for visiting its popular sights, exploring the Old Town or hopping over on one of the nearby islands.

Just 5 minutes drive from the villa, you will find a resort ‘Dubrovnik Summer Gardens’ with bars and restaurants, various sport facilities, playgrounds for kids and an extensive spa and wellness center.

THE HOUSE POLICIES

• Minimum stay is one week

• Changeover day is Saturday

• Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 10am
