Luxury Villa Monte spreads over 390 m2 of living space can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. It consists of the ground floor, first and the second floor.

The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area. In the open-concept space, you can enjoy a modern living room that connects to the spacious terrace, infinity heated swimming pool and al-fresco dining area with barbecue.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floors with five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provide luxury and comfort with direct sea view to enjoy the magical sunsets and a well-equipped gym. The house is well-equipped and air-conditioned gym is located on the upper floor and has a cross trainer, bicycle, yoga ball and yoga mats.

The beautiful town of Orasac above Dubrovnik is rich in lush greenery that will completely restore your bond to nature. It is only 12 km away from the magnificent old town of Dubrovnik. Visit the historic Dubrovnik walls that are part of the UNESCO list of cultural heritage, the island of Lokrum, the old Stradun, the Rector Palace and many other sights.
